Job Overview

The Chief of Finance will lead the organization’s overall financial management, shaping strategy and ensuring the integrity of financial operations. This role covers financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The Chief of Finance will collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, support investment decisions, and drive sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Planning

  • Lead budgeting and financial planning aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze performance, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support decisions.

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee core finance functions like AP/AR, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Accounting.

Governance, Compliance & Systems

  • Maintain internal controls and support audit activities.
  • Optimize financial systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve strong performance.
  • Promote accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CFA certification required
  • At least 5 years of senior finance leadership experience, including oversight of multiple finance functions and regional exposure
  • Deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting standards, and risk management
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and influence strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and implementing scalable financial systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
