What You'll Do
Oversee all legal aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Advise senior management on legal risks and strategies
Manage relationships with external counsel and stakeholders
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Conduct legal research to inform decision-making
Develop policies to mitigate legal risks across departments
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate legal environment
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
Leadership experience in managing a team of legal professionals
High ethical standards and integrity
