Manage Compensation, Benefits, And HR Budget Planning
Drive HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decisions
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
