About the role

Culinaire Academy is seeking a talented and experienced Chef Instructor to join our team in San Fernando Pampanga. As a part-time or full-time Chef Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of culinary professionals by delivering exceptional hands-on training and mentorship to our students.

What you'll be doing

Designing and delivering engaging, practical culinary lessons and demonstrations to students
Providing one-on-one guidance and support to help students develop essential cooking techniques and skills
Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to aid their learning and development
Maintaining a safe, hygienic and well-organised kitchen environment
Collaborating with the broader teaching team to continuously improve our culinary curriculum
Representing Culinaire Academy at industry events and networking opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a professional chef in a reputable restaurant or catering environment
Strong teaching or mentoring experience, with a passion for developing the next generation of culinary talent
In-depth knowledge of a wide range of cuisines, cooking techniques and food trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
A creative flair and the ability to think innovatively about culinary education
Formal culinary qualifications or certifications, such as a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts
