Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food quality
Train and mentor junior chefs to enhance their skills
Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies efficiently
Oversee food presentation to ensure an exquisite dining experience
Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative flair with attention to detail in food presentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
