Job Description And Qualification

  • Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries
  • Scouting for prospective space for lease
  • Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
  • Review and analyze the Lease Proposals
  • Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company’s requirements and demands.
  • Arrange and filling of Lease of Contracts
  • Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
  • Female/Male
  • 20 to 35 years old
  • Leasing Officer experience is REQUIRED

Work Location- Pasay
