Chat Support Representative (Onsite)

Conduct Outbound Calls: Market and sell client products, including bundled offerings.
Inform Subscribers: Notify subscribers that their calls are being automatically recorded and obtain their consent.
Product Information: Provide detailed information about products to subscribers, encouraging them to take advantage of available offerings.
Application Processing: Collect necessary information from interested subscribers for Globe at Home Broadband applications, ensuring all requirements are complete.
Privacy Notification: Explain privacy policies to subscribers before they submit registration data or sign up for services, ensuring compliance with these policies.
Data Entry: Input customer information using Instaform and perform credit checks.
Document Validation: Verify and authenticate all required documents submitted by subscribers to support their applications.
Transmittal Reporting: Prepare and submit transmittal reports for all applications, including complete documentation from subscribers who purchased products, to assist the client in fulfilling orders.
Contact Subscribers: Ensure all subscribers on the Client’s Subscriber List are contacted, with a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice for outbound callouts.
Compliance: Adhere to agreed-upon security and business standards essential for fulfilling the service.
Quality Standards: Maintain strict compliance with quality standards for call handling and application processing.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree or relevant coursework in sales, marketing, or business is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, particularly over the phone.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Product Knowledge: Ability to learn about and effectively describe/explain products and services to prospects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Resilience: Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities with a talent for resolving issues and addressing complaints.
