Job Title: Barista
Department: ShuttleBrew Coffee Shop / Food and Beverage
Reports To: Coffee Shop Supervisor
Location: Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including:
-Coffee and espresso-based drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, americanos).
-Non-coffee beverages (e.g., teas, hot chocolate, and chai).
-Freshly made juices, smoothies, and other cold or blended beverages.

Customer Service:
1. Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections based on their preferences.
2. Take accurate orders and provide recommendations for beverages and add-ons.
3. Ensure all orders are prepared and presented according to company standards.

Workstation Management:
1. Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
2. Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, such as coffee machines, blenders, and juicers.

Stock and Inventory Management:
1. Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed throughout the day.
2. Notify management of inventory levels or equipment maintenance requirements.

Ambiance and Teamwork:
1. Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and comfortable coffee shop atmosphere.
2. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications:
1. Experience as a barista or in food and beverage service is preferred.
2. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, juicing, and smoothie preparation is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies.
