Key Responsibilities
- Represent our brand and its values in every customer interaction, utilizing the distinct Strikingly voice and tone.
- Create exceptional customer experiences by delivering outstanding service across various platforms, including email, chat, and social media.
- Translate product information and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and internal software to provide effective support to our customers.
- Foster an atmosphere of happiness and positivity in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Proficient communication skills in Slovak and English at a professional level.
- A strong passion for assisting individuals with varying learning curves.
- A deep commitment to continuous learning, coupled with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable access to a desktop computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or greater, and a stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.
- Professional-level language skills in both Slovak and English.
- Experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
