Job Description
- Translate brand strategies into actionable channel plans across business units.
- Create and monitor promotional plans per channel to support sales target achievement.
- Coordinate with field sales to ensure effective implementation and execution of trade programs.
- Monitor key sales drivers such as promotions, allocations, and forecasting.
- Ensure communication plans are translated into sales-friendly formats, especially for new products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales coordination, or channel support.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and trade execution processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis for trade activities and performance monitoring.
