As Channel Development Lead, you are responsible for transforming the commercial operations of Smoke-Free Products (SFP) in Modern Trade (Convenience stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Tobacconists, Vape Shops) and SFP Partners to improve access and expand its availability for Legal Age Nicotine Users in the Philippines.

Your ‘day to day’

• Defining transformation strategies for Indirect Retail (Modern Trade and IQOS Partners): (1) Expansion of SFP availability, (2) Improvement on SFP availability (out of stock); (3) Improvement on availability awareness (Staging and visibility)
• Leading the implementation of strategies in Modern Trade & IQOS Partners and ensure alignment with National Key Accounts team for accurate & timely execution
• Designing and executing trade programs to achieve business objectives
• Defining and measuring success criteria of Indirect Retail transformation, including analysis of strategy gaps and recommended solutions for pivots
• Coordinating with SFP teams and external stakeholders (local and global) in translating concepts to execution of strategies
• Managing financial budgeting and accounting for Indirect Retail

Who we’re looking for

• You have 8 to 10 years’ experience in managing Modern Trade (Convenience Stores, Supermarkets, Tobacconists, Vape Shops) and with a credible network in the industry
• Has managed large commercial projects in Modern Trade including development, implementation and deployment of commercial strategies
• Experience in managing a team is an advantage
• Worked with a set of diverse people both local and global
