The Change and Process Management Lead is pivotal in driving operational excellence by spearheading initiatives that streamline processes and leverage automation to optimize efficiency. Job Description
The Change and Process Management Lead is pivotal in driving operational excellence by spearheading initiatives that streamline processes and leverage automation to optimize efficiency. This role is essential in leading the execution of change management strategies, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for process improvements, and deploying solutions that enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, this role will manage and enhance SPP data and information, ensuring its accuracy and strategic value. The Change and Process Management Lead is crucial in cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring the organization remains competitive and agile in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- AUTOMATION OPTIMIZATION:
- Own and drive all automation requirements for the SPP workstream to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency.
- Spearhead the integration of SPP tools with the Network Digitalization Team and Globe systems to ensure seamless operations.
- CHANGE AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Directly lead the execution of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Identify, analyze, and optimize existing SPP processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
- Implement solutions that drive efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of process and automation projects, including requirement gathering, development, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with project process and documentation requirements (e.g., project charters, PM plans, dashboards).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, gather feedback, and implement automation and process improvements.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and automation tools for successful adoption.
- OPERATIONAL SUPPORT AND SPECIAL INITIATIVES:
- Directly manage the data lifecycle and retention policies for SPP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Take ownership of all platforms containing SPP information and data, ensuring their effective management and utilization.
- OTHERS
- Completes other special projects and ad hoc assignments such as innovation and transformation opportunities, related to SPP1
- Adopt a techco mindset, embrace Globe’s Digital for all mantra and leverage the Globe group’s portfolio to further increase value with business partners.
