In Oracle finance at PwC, you will specialise in using and managing the Oracle Financials software. Oracle Financials is an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system.

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Oracle team you are expected to perform configuration based on the client requirement and write Functional Specifications. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to projects through support tasks, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by developing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources and understanding your strengths.

- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
- Experience in configuration based on client requirements
- Clear understanding of gaps between Oracle product features and client requirements
- Experience in writing Functional Specifications and performing testing
- Exceptional communication skills for client interactions
- Experience in driving workshops related to requirements analysis and design
- Experience coordinating with Third Party Vendors for testing integrations
- Experience in implementation and maintenance of Oracle modules
- Experience in at least 1 implementation of Cloud Financials
- Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
- Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
