Position : Virtual Assistant

Working Hours : M-F 8AM-5PM CST

Salary Range : USD 800-1000/month

Responsibilities

• Answer emails (phone calls when needed) to provide exceptional customer service to external customers
• Help correspond and schedule meetings with leads using EngageBay CRM
• Create marketing materials for internal usage and external clients
• Handle administrative tasks
• Draft reports and correspondence
• Ensure travel arrangements, budgeting, and reimbursements
• Attend meetings and takes meeting notes
• Send follow up correspondence after meetings
• Assist with online community development via Circle
• Basic bookkeeping, budgeting, AP/AR, and payroll management
• Handle event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as Virtual Assistant preferably with Marketing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has great attention to detail
• Organizational Skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Requires minimal supervision
• EngageBay as a CRM, Circle as a community software service and residential construction industry familiarity
• Understanding of the construction industry would be ideal or preferred
