As CE Planning and Analytics Executive, you will be reporting to the CE Planning and Analytics Lead, and will play a challenging role within a dynamic environment. You will contribute to PM brand building initiatives and support sales and market share growth by developing effective marketing activities while respecting the budget and regulatory constraints.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by defining opportunities, designing strategy, and recommending programs for assigned brands.
  • Transform raw data into actionable business insights through proactive data collection and analysis, consumer research and insighting, program testing and experimentation. Propose solutions towards the achievement of business objectives.
  • Influence strategic decisions by building on past learnings, monitoring ongoing programs, and looking towards future plans.
  • Contribute to the cultivation of a data-driven culture in Consumer Engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day operations (e.g., budget management, asset management) while fostering good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and critically analyze data in relation to the consumer activities to create strategic recommendations and consumer-centric action plans that will deliver on the business objectives.
  • Build a professional relationship with the key internal and external stakeholders to ensure their buy-in the development, approval, and implementation of marketing activities.

Who We’re Looking For

You must have a bachelor’s degree, with years of working experience in Planning and Analytics, or other related fields. You have strong collaboration, presentation, planning, prioritizing and organizational skills, and can lead or support several projects with tight deadlines, as well as manage third party manpower. Should possess advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation purposes. You must be amenable to be assigned in the main office at The Finance Center, BGC Taguig City but should be willing to be assigned offsite doing field work, with Mondays to Fridays, and generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
