Job Responsibilities:
Technical (Inward-Focused)
1. Vendor Management: Collaborate with gaming software providers and technical vendors to ensure system integrations, updates, and maintenance align with business needs.
2. Compliance & Security: Ensure all casino operations comply with local and international gaming regulations, including RNG certification, data protection, and anti-money laundering protocols.
3. Performance Monitoring: Utilise analytics tools to monitor game performance, player behaviour, and system efficiency, identifying areas for technical improvements.
4. Team Leadership: Guide cross-departmental teams and external partners on best practices for technical and operational casino management, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
5. Troubleshooting: Oversee rapid resolution of technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain a high-quality player experience.
Commercial (Revenue Growth)
1. Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue across casino verticals, including slots, table games, poker, and live dealer offerings.
2. Player Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotions, loyalty programs, and campaigns to attract and retain players.
3. Product Optimisation: Analyse market trends and player preferences to introduce new games, features, or verticals that enhance revenue potential.
Financial Performance: Monitor KPIs such as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), player lifetime value, and churn rates, setting targets to drive profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, finance, marketing, and customer support teams to align casino operations with broader business objectives.
4. Market Competitiveness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the casino remains innovative and competitive.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in casino management or a related gaming industry role, with at least 3 years in a technical or operational leadership position.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of casino management systems, gaming software, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
3. Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a casino or gaming environment, with experience in player acquisition and retention strategies.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
5. Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
6. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling practices.
7. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or technical certifications (e.g., in gaming compliance or software) are a plus.
