Strategic:
- Managing all the cash transactions in their workplace
- Maintaining daily account of the daily transactions
- Balancing the daily account at the end of each day
- Checking the daily cash balance
- Interacting with the customers that come to the counter
- Solving all their till related queries
- Checking for the price of products and any discounts, offers or promos
- Receiving payment whether it is cash, card or GC from the customers
- Organizing all the work they do and maintaining the accounting records
- Reporting discrepancies they find within the accounts to their superiors
- Responsible to deposit cash sales everyday
Tactical:
- Making daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports
- Accomplish and submit DSR
- Coordinate to the bank in regards to card terminals and related issues
- To perform other tasks that may be assigned to her from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strategic:
1. Responsible for operations of front service counter
2. Answering of phone calls, customer enquiries, customer data management and cashiering.
3. Receiving of guests and customers
4. Address customers’ queries and complaints.
5. Introduce and promote product ranges and treatment services to customers.
6. To comply operating policies and objectives or changes in existing policies and work flow.
7. Assist the ABM in managing the store, motivating the team, driving sales and maintaining exceptional customer service
8. Responsible for nurturing referred and captured clients for store thru product promos, services, availment monitoring, new services, etc.
9. Update immediate superior regarding store happenings and concerns such as customer feedback, products and services needed, suggestions or complaints.
10. Office Supplies custodian- responsible for ordering of supplies such as GWP, price stickers, store supplies.
11. To provide good customer service based on company standard
12. To handle with sense of urgency all customer queries
13. To target zero customer complaints at all times
Tactical:
1. To successfully drive in new customers and maintain the regulars in the outlets.
2. To establish and maintain active interaction with customers and guest to ensure total satisfaction.
3. To acknowledge any appointment booking for the next few days.
4. Identifying potential guests for up selling
5. To invite customers to fill up Customer Feedback cards.
6. Integrity in carrying out inventory count and feedback to Branch Manager / Operations Manager for any ordering of products.
7. To perform other tasks that may be assigned to her from time to time
