Cash Manager (Loan Management Experience Required) What it's about

For this position we are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented person to help grow our Cash Management team in Manila. In this role, you will manage Partners Group's loans through their lifecycle. You will be responsible for a portfolio of loans on our flagship investment funds, including making sure that obligations for each loan are met, payments are made on time, and the relationship with lenders functions smoothly. This work is a crucial and valued part of the firm's overall liquidity strategy.

You will be performing the following tasks:

• Drawing loans from credit facilities
• Working with lenders all over the world
• Loan Management of credit facilities in line with individual fund strategies and covenants
• Ensuring that interest and principal payments of loans are made timely in accordance with lenders' notices
• Providing feedback on operations during the onboarding face of new credit facilities
• Proactively managing Partners Group's loan book by combining loans, breaking loans, and refinancing loans.
• Wiring credit facility fee payments in accordance with the contractual agreements
• Analyzing liquidity data in order to perform loan management in an efficient

What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in finance or banking, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with credit facilities
• Experience with loans
• Experience with international payments
• Adaptable, detail oriented and organized candidate with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines and under pressure
• Desire to learn proactively, willingness to be hands-on, and strong work ethic
• Strong English fluency and comfort is a must
• Knowledge of private equity / private markets is a plus
