Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

Location and Workplace: 2 months Onsite, then transition to Hybrid (Cebu Based)

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (8PM–5AM PH Time)

Salary: Up to 30,000-35,000 PHP

Join a dynamic team supporting payroll tax funding, reconciliation, and banking operations for a fast-growing client. As a Cash Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions that keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking file transmissions (Wire, ACH/EFT, Positive Pay).
• Reconcile large volumes of transactions across multiple systems.
• Update and manage Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) records.
• Process terminations and related financial reconciliations.
• Track daily cash flows and ensure on-time agency payments.
• Generate and upload Positive Pay files to banks.
• Respond to internal/external email inquiries and Salesforce cases.
• Maintain accuracy in daily processes to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cash management, accounting, or banking.
• Solid experience processing large EFT/ACH payments, wires, and check payments.
• Proven ability to reconcile large datasets with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
• Strong understanding of banking processes and reconciliation systems.
• Experience generating and managing Positive Pay files.
• Must be coachable, organized, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
• Required to work USA hours (Eastern Standard Time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a payroll, finance, or tax environment is a plus.
• Experience using Salesforce or other case management tools.
