  • Has good communication skills in both English and Cebuano

  • Must be confident, smart, and presentable

The Receptionist is responsible for providing customer service assistance to visitors and clients. This involves handling incoming calls, responding to visitors' inquiries and requests, and maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the front desk and performing basic support tasks.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries/
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe reception area; keep it always tidy.
  • To provide support on all, but not limited to, the above deliverables.
