Cash Management Specialist

This position will cover all aspects of Cash Management for our Clients Payroll Tax Liabilities, which include funding via wires/ach, payments to agencies (Wires/EFT/Checks), Cash Flows, generating/upload positive pay files, reconciliation, Terminations, Inquiries, generating and responding to daily emails, addressing Salesforce cases, plus other daily processes. We are building a strong team to enhance, support our daily processes and to be very detail oriented so that our customers have an excellent experience.

• Daily transmission of Banking Files (Wire, EFT/ACH, Positive pay)
• Reconciliation of transactions to be processed and understanding the system.
• Daily reconciliation of files and banking activity
• System update of NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) transactions
• Process Terminations, reconciliation, and system update
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business
• Accounting and Banking experience is a huge advantage.
• Experience with processing large:
• EFT/ACH payments
• Wires
• Check payments and positive pay
• Coachable, Quick learner, flexible and easily adapts to new systems.
• Tech savvy, great Excel skills and reconciling large data.
• REQUIRED to work USA hours (US Pacific Standard Time)
• Organized with great attention to detail.
