- To assist the VIP Services Manager on the daily task.
- To ensure the effective policy and procedures are created, adapted and reviewed online with the total gaming experience of the hosted facility.
- To ensure the smooth publicity and execution of casino programs, events and promotions.
- Build professional relationship with top VIP guests and offer them service excellence and memorable gaming experience.
- Must form good relationships with co-workers, International Marketing, Business Development and Junket teams.
- Report to the Manager of VIP Services/ Director of Marketing Services on the day-to-day operational issues, discuss and seek guidance on the administrative directives, or offer suggestion where necessary.
- To take responsibility for all aspects of the in-house VIP hosting junkets/services during their shift.
- To participate actively in gaming decisions as a member of the gaming management team, offer suggestion for improvement and highlight concerns that affect the total gaming and facility experience of guests.
- To maintain open communication with all departments in relation to operations, duties and planning.
- To ensure the highest standards of appearance, communications and cooperation are upheld by all department members.
- To ensure that VIPs are identified to relevant departments, work closely with Gaming, Cage and Hotel management, feedback on areas for improvement, to ensure highest standards of services are upheld to achieve customers’ satisfaction within the Club and supporting areas, facilities.
- To ensure complaints and disputes are handled professionally and appropriate level of approved service recovery are executed.
- Arrange daily schedule of the VIP Direct and Junket players.
- To ensure subordinates are adhering and enforcing both Company and Gaming Policies and Procedures.
- To identify subordinates’ strengths and weaknesses in order to provide motivation, training guidance and support where necessary.
- Ensure subordinates carry out duties as listed in their job description and appraise, counsel accordingly.
- To assist in the recruitment and scheduling of team members.
- To review guest arrivals and plan the seamless transition to and from the resort including, transportation, transfers, and accommodation where required.
- To review and request gaining table limits in line with players capital, weight of play, or as required under the gaming programs for both VIP Direct and Junket play.
- To ensure that support arrangements are in place as regards to in-house food and beverage within gaming areas.
- To assist Junket / cash rebate representatives / patrons respectively in preparation of facilities to service such programs and players.
- To ensure that all gaming programs are upheld and enforced as stipulated within the terms and conditions of play.
- To ensure that that all buy-ins and settlements are accounted, confirmed as true to that recorded during a gaming period of stay within the facility.
- Double check the settlement sheet prepared by the VIP Host or Executive Host and make sure all information are correct.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.
- Possess good communication skills. Foreign language or dialect is an advantage.
- Team player and of good character.
- Computer literate.
- Outgoing personality.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Holds good leadership qualities.
- Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules.
