Cash Asset Management Operations Optimization Lead - Vice President

Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver process efficiencies while leading an Operations Team? This role will be leading the Operations in the Manila Team simultaneous to being the Optimizations Lead for Cash Asset Management across Manila and Mumbai.
The Cash Asset Management Operations Optimization Lead will work with the Cash Asset Management Operations Teams and Service Owners to achieve all assigned objectives, in support of our key values, ensuring the right cash, is in the right place, at the right time, with maximum transparency.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide Leadership to the Manila, Mumbai and Bangalore teams to identify Process opportunities for business and organizational re-engineering; Assist operations Lead to implement a metrics framework to drive performance and reflect the health of the organization
- Lead operations for the Manila-based Cash Asset Management team and ensure successful attainment of metrics
- Use data to drive decision making, prioritization and continuous improvement for Cash Asset Management
- Own and deliver priority initiatives in line with Cash Asset Management strategic objectives
- Implement tools to allow for effective allocation and prioritization of resources to ensure all services can meet the Service Catalogue requirements
- Provide accurate , appropriate and timely progress reporting, highlighting risks and issues
- Educate and upskill team to enable them to be able to use Data Analysis Tools , Continuous Improvement Techniques and project management tools
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Solid Project Management experience driving end to end process improvements or efficiencies at Vice President capacity - execution focused and risk aware, a problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions; Passion for continuous service improvement, creates conditions for identifying and solving process, data and finance problems
- In-depth Operations management background handling people managers or mid-level roles for a mid-sized team of approximately 20 headcount minimum
- Excellent prioritization, planning, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative; Takes responsibility and ownership for issues and follows through to resolution with timely and relevant communications
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, confident in both verbal and written communication at all levels, Influencing action and change; Ability to challenge the Status Quo and question why a service is being provided or provided in a particular manner
- Strong data centric and problem-solving mindset; Analytical mindset with ability to perform meaningful analysis, understand and explain underlying drivers (i.e., tell the story behind the numbers)
- Promotes an inclusive work environment, respects individuals at every level and leverages an agile and flexible style; Demonstrates communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally at all levels to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes
- Amenable to working onsite in Bonifacio Global City, following core mid-hours at 3PM-12AM PH time, with flexibility to adjust accordingly to business needs
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Finance or Accounting
- Experience of Business Intelligence capability such as Tableau/Alteryx/Qlikview etc.
- Background in Digital transformation
- Able to work comfortably and confidently under pressure and deadlines; Evidence of transferability of essential skills from different domains and contexts
- Builds/promotes a client/customer centered organization; Showcases interest in cultural change and the curiosity to understand differences in cultural needs across our global firm
