Billing Specialist (Mid-Level)

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for Billing Specialist (Mid-Level) who will managing and overseeing billing processes within an organization. This role involves generating invoices, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

WORK SCHEDULE: TBD, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform the following daily tasks:
• Invoice jobs
• Process purchase order (PO), cost verification, and payment entries (Lockbox and ACHs)
• Review bank transactions
• Perform the following weekly tasks:
• Clean up jobs
• Clean up purchase orders
• Perform the following monthly tasks:
• Audit platform
• Invoice submission/assistance
• Process project invoice system entry
• Process project supplier/subcontractor liens

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
