Job Description
The CapEx Documentation Specialist is responsible for accurately locating records and matching invoices with ORs is a complex task that requires meticulous effort, careful attention to detail, and focused execution to ensure timely completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Extracting data Invoice and ORs from Appsheets and database into a separate Google Sheet.
- Accurately matching project items with verified details, invoices and ORs.
- Attaching links, completing required information, and organizing invoices/ORs.
- Uploading and renaming the links and attachments according to project and item numbers with careful attention to details.
- Experience in clerical works and documents handling.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, and MS Excel
- Knowledge of AppSheet (or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and line hardware (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Google Appscript or Automation coding (an advantage).
