Company Description
The Company is well established integrated sugar manufacturing plant located in Province of Tarlac. Producing raw and refined sugar, alcohol, liquid carbon dioxide, and yeast, the company plays a vital role as one of the economic prime movers of Central Luzon.
Role Description
The Cane Supply Manager will be responsible for tasks such as demand planning, supply management, procurement, and inventory management on a day-to-day basis. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth flow and sustainable cane supply operations.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Demand Planning expertise
- Profit and Loss Analysis
- Supply Management and Procurement experience
- Inventory Management proficiency
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good in people management with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
