  • SLoan for Sellers is the Seller/SME Loans product that will allow sellers to take out loans to finance their

Shopee business operations.

  • SLoans is the Consumer Cash Loans product that will allow users to take out cash loans

Job Description:

The Marketing Campaigns Specialist (Big Campaigns) leads the execution of in-app campaigns through the creationof campaign wireframes, project follow-through, and coordination across different Shopee departments. The Campaigns Specialist ensures quality work and a smooth consumer experience to help meet key business objectives.

Job Description:

  • Implement platform campaigns - Manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations

throughout the entire process from strategy to delivery

  • Research marketing campaign data analysis and operational data, analyze customer acquisition,

conversion, and product strategies, and continuously improve key operational metrics

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, sourcing to maximize quality, impact

and efficiency for all campaign efforts

  • Reporting on campaign progress and making adjustments to ensure their success
  • Be a customer champion and adopt agile ways of working

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree; focus on Business/Marketing preferred
  • Min. 1-2 years of non-internship work experience in a Marketing role; past experience in FinTech, e-Commerce, Telco, or FMCG preferred

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Good team player skills and who can work well within a matrixed org structure, communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Strong ownership - Able to work quickly and pivot when necessary

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
