Job description

  • Patient Interaction & Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, family members, referring physicians, and hospital staff via phone and other communication channels.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist patients with navigation of clinic processes and services.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments for pulmonary and sleep consultations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking across multiple providers and locations.
  • Manage cancellations, reschedules, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Data Management & Documentation
  • Collect and enter patient demographic, medical, and insurance information into the EMR system.
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient files as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports and supporting documentation for clinical staff.
  • Administrative Support & Communication
  • Process referrals, prescription refill requests, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and data security.
  • Follow internal protocols and procedures for patient interactions and record-keeping.
