Qualifications:

• High School or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
• Can start immediately

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Build and maintain trust with customers through open, interactive communication.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation.
• Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
