As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. What you'll be doing

Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients

Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Providing accurate information and guidance to customers

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions

Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery

Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficiency in English and the local language

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
