Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Team
Primary Relationships: Partner Team
Date: September 2024
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
- Prepares preliminary, for constructions and as built plans for the following services:
o Plumbing
o Mechanical
o Electrical
● Applies mark up to the plans
● Creates mechanical and electrical details
● Layouts plans with respect to the mark up detail provided by the client
● Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
● Ensures that schematics (electrical and mechanical) matches the layout within the plans
● Creates 3D details
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in construction industry
- Any degree with Architecture or Engineering
- Proficient in using Autocad and Sketchup
- With good communication and comprehension skills
- Strong Attention to details
