Could you be the full-time CAD & BIM Manager in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines we’re looking for?

Main Job Responsibilities:

• To manage the Turnkey Design Office Team for design integration
• Author and review integration requirements
• Deliver Project CSD CAD processes, methodologies and guidance for the collaborative production, maintenance and delivery of drawings, information and data.
• For the Project sections where BIM is requested by the employer requirements, lead the BIM processes for the systems team and help integrate the subsystems BIM deliverables.
• Responsible for managing the overall project CAD design output through all delivery stages of the project for his scope
• Responsible for directing the coordination across systems
• Lead Integration design and built meetings (geometrical clashes and Interdisciplinary checks)
• Follows delivery schedule of CW design and subsystem installation design
• Review the submitted drawings for interferences, level of details quality
• Manage the configuration of the design received from the CW and the applicable one for system and sub-system use
• Assist the Design BIM Manager in the management of design development
• Assist the Design CW interface in the check of the deliverables as part of the System technical validation.
  
  

Skills Required :

Require Bachelor's degree.

Good years of experience in BIM & Auto CAD, Design.

Good Years Of Experience In Team Management.

Good communications skills

Agile, team spirit.
