Job Description
- Gather, document, review and ensure sign off for requirement documents (BRDs, PRDs).
- Take ownership of the whole UAT process - from planning, execution to sign off.
- Plan, manage and communicate feature releases and product roadmap changes.
- Create feature guides, conduct training and provide knowledge support to other departments.
- Drive successful technical delivery of assigned projects or features.
- At least two (2) years experience in product or project management, dealing with data management, business intelligence, software engineering or management information.
- Preferably with experience in the e-commerce or FinTech industries with competencies in business requirement analysis, product design, and user acceptance testing.
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
- Has strong camaraderie, analytical skills, problem solving and solution oriented mindset especially when issues arise
- Has experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership (ex. student organization, thesis)
- Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
- Use analytical skills to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
- Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional
- Take initiative and show flexibility in a fast-paced environment
