Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to identify and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies by analyzing market trends, operational data, and cross-functional team insights.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of new services and initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and resolving operational concerns.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and heads of various departments, including customer experience and account management, to ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration of new partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading projects or mentoring team members
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
