Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to identify and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies by analyzing market trends, operational data, and cross-functional team insights.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of new services and initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and resolving operational concerns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and heads of various departments, including customer experience and account management, to ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration of new partnerships.
