Job Purpose

Responsible for the review of requirements and documents for onboarding of Agency Partners or merchant clients and ensuring that these are compliant with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements. He/she is also in charge of the user management of the platform (AB Platform) or portal (EN’s P2M portal) including but not limited to enrollment, monitoring of engagement’s validity for contract renewal to ensure its timely facilitation, MDR, etc. He/she also handles the consolidation of the Product Group reports for management reporting and performance monitoring of the partners, merchant clients and products.

Responsibilities

  • Validates the business support documentation requirements for onboarding of Agency Partners or merchant clients.
  • Checks and confirms merchant clients for onboarding and enrollment to EN’s P2M portal.
  • Approves the correct and complete enrollment requests of agency partners to the AB Platform on a timely manner.
  • Monitors progress report of the day-to-day operations to ensure critical issues are addressed and escalated accordingly.
  • Coordinates operational issues and concerns to Business Support Head or Platforms Business & Shared Services Head to evaluate these as they make impact on the operational implementation, delivery and timeline.
  • Consolidates product group reports to initiate referral reports to agency partners and facilitate the referral fee payout due to them.
  • Executes the renewal/ cancellation/ termination of Agency Partners in accordance with the business unit’s standard policies and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance to the internal and regulatory policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any business and/or marketing-related course.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years experience in similar function in documentation , risk management, BSP and/or SEC Regulatory.
  • Skills: MS Office applications; Program Management; Management and Analytical skills.
