The position supports the Business Process and Change Management Head in enabling all departments how to plan, design, control, and act on their processes and initiatives toward value creation and goal attainment. The role covers Business Process and Document Control, Management Systems, Innovation and Change Management. The role is expected to co-champion continuous improvement to ensure that the organization is always operating on best practices.

At least 2 years of combined experience in business process management, project management, internal audit, operations management, and training facilitati

Education

Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any management/engineering degree.Preferably *Certified Industrial Engineer/ Registered Engineer
