What The Role Will Entail
- Recommend and initiate policy, process, and system enhancements to address business, marketing, and customer needs.
- Assess program performance, customer needs, and industry trends to recommend strategic plans for Auto Loan, Credit Cards, and Personal Loan.
- Facilitate workshops to collect project requirements and user feedback.
- Participate in meetings with team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure effective implementation of sales acquisition programs.
- Evaluate individual performance and recommend opportunities for career progression, skills development, and training.
- College graduate of any four-year course
- One year in sales and/or marketing
- Background in:
