Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team to achieve professional and organizational goals
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end development of lifecycle using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of reports with business objectives
• Establish and uphold reporting standards, templates, and best practices
• Monitor report performance and drive continuous improvements in usability and efficiency
• Promote data literacy through training and support for report users across the organization
• Identify opportunities for automation and enhance data accessibility

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within BI, reporting, or data analytics
• Strong expertise in developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Experience managing reporting projects with a track record of timely delivery
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with SQL and data management concepts is a plus

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with key performance metrics
• Experience training and supporting end users in report interpretation
• Knowledge of cloud-based BI solutions is advantageous
