About The Role

We believe data is the backbone of impactful decisions. As our Business Intelligence (BI) Executive, you'll play a critical role in empowering our teams to unlock insights and drive strategic growth. Collaborating with sales, operations, and global counterparts, you’ll ensure data transparency, actionable insights, and innovative tools shape the way we work. Your mission is to maximize the value of data, supporting both internal excellence and external impact.

What You'll Do:

• Salesforce Analytics: Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, and integrate data with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Collaboration: Work closely with our central BI team to optimize and localize insights from reports
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose strategies, and implement process improvements across departments
• Project Leadership: Conduct project-based analyses, research, and implement new tools to enhance our data-driven operations
  
  
  

What You Should Have:

• Experience: 5+ years in BI or data analytics, with a strong focus on Salesforce analytics and reporting
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, BI tools, and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Studio and Google Analytics is an advantage
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including pipeline management, lead tracking, and performance metrics
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
• Data Mastery: Strong skills in data analysis, data warehousing, and ETL processes (data modeling experience is a plus)
• Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying issues and areas for improvement, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time
