Business Development Specialist

The job holder will be responsible for identifying business and growth opportunities and ensuring that these are acted upon towards capturing value. He/she will plan, organize and facilitate initiatives to convert opportunities into sales.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Business or Marketing-related course. Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or any related course can also be considered for the role
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, marketing or sales preferably in the plastics industry but not necessary
• Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen on details and organized
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center; travel on local and foreign business trips, where applicable; hybrid work arrangement
