About the role
We are seeking a qualified USRN Healthcare CSR to join our dynamic team as a USRN QA. This full-time position is based in Pasig City Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our healthcare services.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a USRN Healthcare CSR in a BPO setting
- Candidate who has 5 years experience in Prior Auth
- minimum of 5 years BPO USRN Experience willing to become or have knowledge on being a USRN QA
- willing to work onsite
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
65,000 - 75,000php monthly package
