Included in this will be identifying and tracking new opportunities, developing these opportunities to bring valuable additional leads into the sales pipeline, and working to develop new key account opportunities as a support role to the BD Director. Experience of working within the design and build industry is preferrable but not mandatory. To be successful in this role you will look for the win win opportunities and build relationships accordingly to achieve them. You will be socially active, talkative and extroverted. Making a good first impression is critical to you as well as ensuring you surround yourself with loyalty. Your voice on the phone will be what creates the impression of Habit Action and drives your success. - Build pipeline with a realistic value of £20M found by you
- Pass over sales opportunities to be pitched £6M
- Achieve 40+ meaningful sales conversations a week with new prospects
- Book 3+ meetings per week to be attended by Sales Team members
- To accurately record and report on CRM / HubSpot pipeline.
- To proactively contact new accounts via telephone and email for identification of potential opportunities and development of these into the sales pipeline.
- Support the development of new key accounts being secured by the sales team through effectively communicating the consultative sales process.
- Report to BD Team Director with current status of opportunities you are developing.
- To maintain the accuracy and relevance of information in the CRM system for all clients you are currently contacting.
- To maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently achieving KPI targets.
- Manage and control your diary and workload to ensure that you can give the best treatment to every client.
- Conduct competitor analysis to gain insights and understanding to ensure the company’s strategy is ahead of the competition’s activity.
- To produce well-crafted emails or messages to prospects
- Researching prospects outside of calling hours to identify targets & contact details
- Manage your own time in terms of priority and urgency.
- Experience in developing relationships through various channels.
- Experience in targeting and developing relationships with C Suite individuals.
- Experience in cultivating new relationships from cold calling and bypassing gatekeepers all the way up to director level.
- Social media experience - using multi channels for lead generation, brand awareness, research, and communication with prospects and introducers.
- Experience in holding business case discussions with C Suite / Management levels
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Have excellent literacy & oratory skills
- Ability to work pro-actively as well as reactively
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong time management skills

- An ability to understand the broader picture of business operations beyond sales.
