About The Role
As a Business Development Head, you will develop strategic alliances and collaborations external to the bank through partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key partnerships that can significantly impact the business’ success.

As a Business Development Head, you will develop strategic alliances and collaborations external to the bank through partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key partnerships that can significantly impact the business’ success.
How You'll Contribute
- Opens access to new markets to acquire new customers and grow revenue and profit for the bank
- Responsible for growth initiatives to cultivate and grow partnerships.
- In-charge of the development of partnership strategy based on the segment assignment
- Designs and develop deal structure in collaboration with immediate head, product, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for leading assigned special projects in collaboration with different stakeholders to achieve the goals of the business
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or corporate sales field is preferred
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in business development role preferably within the financial or fintech industry
- Preferably with broad experience in P&L management, Partnership Program management and clear understanding of tech and financial services
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
- Strong leadership skills, business acumen and key stakeholder management
