Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in co-working spaces, flexible office solutions, or commercial real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and purse new business opportunities, including startups, SMEs, corporates, and remote teams in need of flexible office solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand their requirements and offer tailored workspace solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and client retention.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain CRM data, track sales metrics, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
