We are looking for a goal-oriented and detail-driven Business Development Associate with a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and HR outsourcing services. The ideal candidate thrives in a quota-driven environment, has experience selling into both local and international markets, is proficient in HubSpot CRM, and is skilled at managing client and prospect databases. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of global HR solutions. A strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs is essential.

Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales (Local and International):
- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients in both domestic and global markets.
- Promote and sell HR outsourcing and EOR services through consultative sales techniques.
- Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and product demos tailored to regional needs.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound efforts, events, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for companies hiring in local and international jurisdictions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs for outreach, pipeline growth, and deal closure.
- Account Management:
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned clients across various regions.
- Guide clients through onboarding and implementation with internal support teams.
- Proactively manage renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor client health and engagement metrics to ensure account growth and retention targets are met.
- CRM & Database Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) daily with accurate information on leads, contacts, and sales activity.
- Ensure CRM data is properly segmented by market (local vs international) and industry.
- Track deal stages, follow-ups, and communications for both prospects and clients.
- Analyze CRM data and generate reports to inform sales strategy and forecasting.
- Leverage CRM dashboards to track and report on personal KPIs and sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, HR outsourcing, PEO, or EOR industries.
- Experience working with clients in both local and international markets.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM (preferred); familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRMs is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-cultural environment.
- Demonstrated success in a performance-based role with clear KPI and quota targets.
- Background in HR tech, staffing, or global employment platforms.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance issues across different countries or regions.
- Ability to tailor communication and solutions to diverse client segments.
