The primary role of the CRM Analyst is to optimize customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and loyalty, contributing to long-term growth and profitability of the organization. The role requires a deep technical, sales and risk understanding to design and implement strategies that will enable business growth by leveraging on customer data insights.

What You’ll Do
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports
- Data analytics including development and maintenance of databases
- Create dashboards and adhoc analyses for business needs
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience
- Coding knowledge regardless of language
- Experience in business intelligence tools (ex. Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.)
- Experience in financial lending business
