Basic Qualification:
- Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
- Support the execution of monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist merchants with daily operations, including reviewing backorders, pricing setup, vendor management and marketing submission.
- Contribute to knowledge and content development to enhance category-relevant information for customers and associates.
- Aid in planning and maintaining a strong product assortment, inventory profile, and engaging product data.
- Assist in planning profitable product assortments and promotions for sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with inventory management to maintain healthy stock levels and manage non-productive inventory.
- Support negotiations, vendor relationships, and business development initiatives with the merchant.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and sales data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Minimum 2 years experience in eCommerce or relevant field.
- Education: Four year college degree or equivalent required
- Strong background with Microsoft excel.
- Able to work onsite and night shift.
