Minimum Qualification
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development.
- Engineering graduates with internships or entry-level experience in project management or business development within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors may be preferred.
Skills:
- Analytical and research skills to assess market trends and business opportunities, particularly in engineering projects.
- Technical knowledge in civil engineering to understand construction projects, design plans, and infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), project management software, and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with engineering teams, stakeholders, and presenting findings or proposals.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to civil engineering projects.
