Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for aspiring & enthusiastic virtual assistants to help our team grow. A trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for individuals or groups within an organization. The primary goal is to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to meet organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend Orientation, team building or any company gathering
• Critical construction of effective training activities and tasks.
• Creating Software and Tools Tracker/Workbook
• Researching for possible effective training tools that trainees can practice.
• Updating Training Modules depending on the trainee's progress
• Creating Trainual Subjects
• Conduct Theoretical Sessions, Process Training Sessions and Intensive Training Sessions
• Conduct Live navigation exercises and Mock calls.
• Checking and Giving Feedback on each task and activity submissions of trainees.
• Coaching Trainees for reliability issues and low performance evaluation.
• Conduct 1v1 evaluations to identify areas of improvement and action plan

Job Requirements:

• College Graduate of any related field with Real Estate Background/Experience
• With at least a year of experience as a trainer/teaching related experience
• Conversation to Good english communication skills
• Good in english written
• Organized & Self-driven
• Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shifts

Technical:

• Laptop with a core i5 and at least 8gb ram, good condition battery and working webcam
• Primary Internet 15mbps (willing to upgrade at own expense)
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Contingency plan incase of a power outage
• Willing to work on graveyard shift/shifting schedule
