UCT is looking for a talented Business Data Analyst to join us in Cebu!

The business analyst is responsible for the turning of financial and unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business decision. The role involves closely working with business development, sales and finance team to gather information to generate report that improves performance. Working closely with VP of sales and global sales team, you will create the structure, processes, and incentives that will increase sales of UCT products and services. You will use data analysis of sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make needed adjustments. Activities include but are not limited to voice of customer feedback, fostering teamwork and the support/development of complete proposal packages, value proposition creation, alliance development/pricing, contract coordination and negotiation with decision-maker.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends
• Develop dashboards and report to monitor KPIs
• Use tools like excel or/and data visualization platform
• Support commercial activities including but not limited to business process documentations and business related tactical cross functional engagements
• Gather and report information on competitor intelligence through established relationships at the customers and within the industry. Assess competitive risks both from a technical and business perspective, and take necessary action to address other duties as assigned
  

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Tertiary Degree preferable or demonstrable skills and experience in similar capacity
  
  

Experience Requirement:

• Proficient in excel or Power BI or Pivots
• Good analytics skills
• Ability to present analytics clearly
• Ability to generate Powerpoint presentations for graphical data presentation
• Familiar with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and Powerpoint
• Organized in work flow
